I Source my pigs from New Street butchers in Horsham, who provide me with amazing, local, free -range hogs.
Rob and his award winning team know the quality and consistancy i'm looking for and never fail to deliver.
These free range animals are much sought after due to their great flavour and moistness which sadly is becoming a thing of the past due to lower quality breeds and poor living conditions in order to keep up with the demand of the supermarkets.
